I'm Danielle, a Health & Wellness Coach who's passionate about helping people feel and live optimally!

My health and wellness healing journey began in 2017. After a few courses of strong antibiotics to tackle a heck of an infection, my body was stripped of bacteria, 'good' and 'bad'. This resulted in some nasty symptoms such as IBS, candida overgrowth (white furry tongue, inflamed mouth, throat and esophagus. Yes I know, eww), fatigue, anxiety, and brain fog. I decided to nurture my body back to good health. After doing extensive research, and trying different things such as eating differently and focusing on sleep, meditation, movement and anything I discovered which was anti-inflammatory, I discovered that it is possible to self-heal. It was a tough but wholly empowering journey.
Since then I have been passionate about all things health and wellness. Nutrition, movement, connecting with nature daily, breathwork, meditation, connecting with people who are aligned with this version of me (I live quite differently to how I did in 2017!), and generally living in harmony with whatever fills me with vitality, joy, peace and happiness.
As well as general research, I completed quite a lot of study in the last 10 years, including a BSc in Psychology, an ICF accreditation in Positive Psychology Coaching, and an ICF accredited Health Coach qualification, with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (approved by the UK International Health Coach Association).
My journey has led me to doing what I love: helping people to live their best most abundant life!
